User Experience Designer
At MathWorks, I design applications for Wireless Communications, Network modelling and simulations (5G, WLAN, Bluetooth, etc.) and Robotics(ROS). Enabling engineers, scientists, and students to work on rapidly growing cutting-edge technologies, comes with interesting challenges and a constant push to innovate and simplify complex workflows.
Apart from designing applications, I manage other work like:
- Write design standards and guidelines for the design system,
- Manage design system Figma libraries
- Review work of other designers and developers
- Design icons
- Conduct design workshops
- Conduct skills sessions. I own the "Sketching UX" workshop for offices in India.

Developed the skills to balance business goals with engineering constraints while advocating for user needs. I worked closely with product managers on various aspects of a Dental Healthcare SaaS product, leading to the successful delivery of features that brought significant value to clients. In addition to release deliverables, I enhanced the design system and introduced best practices for design components, patterns, and UX designers overall.
